We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food operations department of a cruise ship resort or hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the restaurant
- Develop and implement menus
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food operations department of a cruise ship resort or hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
